General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the website www.work-out-cards.at The contractual partner is Vincent Rudolf Bauer, Hyrtlgasse 21 / STUDIO HYRTL, A-1160 Vienna, Austria (hereinafter "we," "us," or "our").
2. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather an invitation to order. By clicking the order button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in your shopping cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent via an automated email, along with the order acceptance. This email confirmation constitutes the conclusion of the purchase contract.
3. Prices and shipping costs
All prices are final prices and include VAT. In addition to the stated prices, we charge shipping costs for delivery. The shipping costs will be clearly stated in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
4. Delivery
Delivery is via Austrian Post or GLS. Delivery time is typically approximately seven days. Should we be unable to meet a delivery deadline, we will notify you immediately.
5. Payment

Payment is made immediately after conclusion of the contract.
6. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall be 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us (Vincent Rudolf Bauer, Hyrtlgasse 21 / STUDIO HYRTL, A-1160 Vienna, Austria, email: support@work-out-cards.com ) by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
7. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period shall be 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods.

8. Consequences of revocation
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.
9. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.
10. Liability
We are liable without limitation for damages resulting from an intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty by us, our legal representatives, or vicarious agents. In the case of a slightly negligent breach of essential contractual obligations, our liability is limited to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage. Otherwise, liability is excluded.

Information on the processing of your personal data can be found in our privacy policy.
12. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from contractual relationships between the customer and the provider is the provider's registered office.
13. Severability Clause
Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions be or become invalid in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
