Cancellation policy & right of return

1. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period shall be 14 days from the day on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you takes possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., by email or letter) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form for this purpose , but this is not mandatory.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

2. Consequences of revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), promptly and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods .

For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

3. Return of goods

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than 14 days from the date on which you notify us that you have cancelled this contract.

The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the 14-day period.

4. Return costs

• The buyer shall bear the direct costs of return unless the goods were faulty or damaged.

• If an item is returned from abroad, higher shipping costs may apply, which must be borne by the buyer.

5. Condition of the returned goods

• The goods must be returned in their original condition , unused and, if possible, in their original packaging.

• If the cards have already been opened or used , we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount of value or to refuse return if the goods are no longer saleable.

• If the goods are returned damaged or with signs of use, the refund will only be made pro rata .

6. Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the case of:

• Goods that have been manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs.

• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.

• Digital products or downloads, if you have expressly agreed that delivery will begin before the expiry of the cancellation period.
