We work with Quivo, a reliable fulfillment service provider, to ensure your order reaches you quickly and safely.

Shipping costs:

• Austria EUR 4.10
• Germany: EUR 4.99

Shipping time:

• Austria: Your order will usually be delivered within 2-4 business days.
• Germany: Delivery time is usually 2-4 working days.

Order tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track the status of your delivery online at any time.

Shipping conditions:

• Orders are processed and shipped only on working days (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays).
• We currently only ship to Austria and Germany. More countries will follow soon.
